Terms of Service

By accessing or using betr.pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using betr.pro, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

betr.pro is a personal betting tracking dashboard that allows users to:

• Record and track betting activity
• Import bet data from CSV, Excel files, or screenshots
• View analytics and performance metrics
• Manage tipster and bookmaker information

Important: betr.pro is a tracking and analytics tool only. We do not:

• Provide gambling or betting services
• Accept, process, or facilitate any bets or wagers
• Provide financial, gambling, or betting advice
• Guarantee the accuracy of imported data or calculations

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may only create one account per person. Account sharing is not permitted. We require email verification before you can access the Service to ensure the security of your account.

As a user of betr.pro, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of any data you input or import
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding gambling and betting in your jurisdiction
• Verifying that your use of betting tracking services is legal in your location
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

You acknowledge that gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Your Data: You retain ownership of all betting data, notes, and other content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Screenshot Processing: When you use our screenshot import feature, your images are sent to a third-party AI service (Anthropic Claude) for text extraction. Images are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored by us or our AI provider after processing.

Data Accuracy: While we strive to accurately process your data, we do not guarantee the accuracy of imported data, calculations, or analytics. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your betting records.

Data Export: You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, you will have a reasonable period to export your data before it is deleted.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious files or code
• Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.

betr.pro integrates with the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database hosting and user authentication. Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. See Supabase Privacy Policy
• Anthropic Claude API: AI-powered screenshot text extraction. Images are processed but not retained. See Anthropic Privacy Policy

We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is owned by betr.pro and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of data or calculations

No Financial Advice: Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, gambling, or betting advice. Any decisions you make based on data in the Service are made at your own risk.

Gambling Disclaimer: We do not encourage or endorse gambling. If you have concerns about problem gambling, please seek help from appropriate support services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWIFTY BETTRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any gambling losses or decisions made based on Service data
• Errors or inaccuracies in imported data or calculations
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless betr.pro and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws
• Your gambling activities
• Content or data you submit to the Service

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature if available.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or any other reason at our discretion.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted. Sections 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification for significant changes
• Displaying a notice within the Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
