Which bookmakers are supported for screenshot import?

The AI is tested and optimised for these UK bookmakers:

What file formats can I import?

You can import bets from:

  • Excel files (.xlsx, .xls)
  • CSV files (.csv)
  • PDF files (.pdf)
  • Pasted CSV data
  • Screenshots of bet slips — JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, HEIC/HEIF (AI extraction)

Column headers are flexible. Dates can be DD/MM/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD. New tipsters and bookies are created automatically.

How are duplicates detected?

Bets are flagged as duplicates if they match an existing bet on the same date with the same selection, stake amount, and bookie. You can still import flagged duplicates if needed - just review them before importing.

How is P&L calculated?

P&L (Profit/Loss) is calculated as: Returns - Stake

  • Won: Returns > Stake = Positive P&L
  • Lost: Returns = £0, P&L = -Stake
  • Void: Returns = Stake, P&L = £0
  • Cashed Out: P&L = Cash out amount - Stake
How do Each Way bets work?

Each Way bets have two parts: Win and Place.

  • Stake shown is the total (e.g., £10 E/W = £20 total)
  • If the horse wins: both parts pay out
  • If the horse places but doesn't win: Result = "Placed", only place portion pays
  • If the horse doesn't place: Result = "Lost"
What is the screenshot extraction limit?

Screenshot extraction uses AI and has limits based on your plan:

  • Free: 15 extractions total (one-time trial)
  • Premium: 300 extractions per month
  • Pro: 700 extractions per month

Monthly limits reset each billing cycle. You can track your usage in the Account section.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take security seriously:

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • User data is isolated - you can only see your own bets
  • Screenshots are stored temporarily (up to 7 days) for quality assurance, then automatically deleted
  • We use Supabase for secure authentication and database hosting
Can I export my data?

Yes! Premium and Pro plan subscribers can export their bets to CSV at any time from the Bets page. Select the bets you want to export (or export all) and click the Export button. Your data is always yours.

Can I import from PDF bet statements?

Yes! You can upload PDF files alongside images. The AI extracts bets from each page of the PDF just like it does from screenshots. This is ideal for importing bet history statements from bookmakers.

How does bankroll sharing work?

There are two types of bankroll sharing:

  • Private sharing (Premium and Pro): Share your bankroll via password-protected links. Only people with the password can view your data.
  • Public sharing (Pro only): Create public bankroll pages visible to anyone — ideal for tipsters building a following.
