Current Limits: Screenshot extraction limits vary by plan. Free accounts receive 15 trial credits. Paid plans include monthly quotas (see pricing page for details).
Subscriptions (Web): Paid subscriptions on the web are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@betr.pro.
Subscriptions (Mobile): In-app subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by RevenueCat and subject to the respective store's terms of service. Cancellation and refund policies for in-app purchases are governed by Apple or Google, not by betr.pro.
Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to introduce or modify pricing at any time. Existing paying subscribers will receive at least 14 days notice before any price increases take effect on their accounts.

Your Data: You retain ownership of all betting data, notes, and other content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Screenshot Processing: When you use our screenshot import feature (via web, mobile, or Telegram bot), your images are sent to a third-party AI service (Anthropic Claude) for text extraction. Images are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored by us or our AI provider after processing.
Telegram Bot Import: If you use our Telegram bot, screenshots and message content you send are forwarded to Anthropic for extraction. Message metadata (chat ID, text preview) is logged for operational purposes.
Data Accuracy: While we strive to accurately process your data, we do not guarantee the accuracy of imported data, calculations, or analytics. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your betting records.
Data Export: You may request an export of your data by contacting support@betr.pro. Upon account termination, you will have a reasonable period to request your data before it is deleted.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@betr.pro with the subject "Account Deletion Request". If you have an active paid subscription, cancellation of the subscription and deletion of the account are separate actions — please cancel your subscription first via your account settings (web) or the respective app store (mobile).
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or any other reason at our discretion.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You will have 30 days to request an export of your data before it is permanently deleted. Sections 9, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
