Betfair Bet TrackerTrack Your Betfair Bets

betr.pro gives Betfair users a better way to track both sportsbook and exchange activity without stitching reports together by hand.

Betfair gives you raw data, but not a clean tracker that combines betting history, imports, and analysis in one workflow.

How long Betfair keeps your record

Three months of downloadable history, then you email them

Settled bet history and profit and loss data download from My Account for a maximum of three months. Anything older requires contacting the helpdesk, which is not a workflow anyone maintains across a season.

The Exchange records backs and lays rather than slips, and bet history is downloaded from My Account rather than scanned.

Three things that distort a Betfair betting record

Gross profit and loss excludes commission

The headline figure is amounts won less amounts lost across Exchange markets, before commission is deducted. Commission is charged on net winnings per market, so a record that ignores it consistently overstates how well you are doing. On a thin edge it is the difference between profitable and not.

Lay bets have liability, not stake

Laying at 6.0 for a £10 stake risks £50. Treating liability as stake destroys ROI, and treating stake as stake understates risk. Any tracker that only understands backing will misreport an Exchange record, which is why lay bets need capturing as lay bets.

Matched at a better price than requested

Exchange orders can fill at a better price than the one you asked for, and partially filled orders settle across more than one price. The bet you intended and the bet that actually ran are not always the same, and only the fill matters for results.

FAQ

Betfair bet tracker questions

Can I track Betfair Exchange bets?

Yes. betr.pro supports Betfair Exchange workflows as well as sportsbook screenshots, giving you a single place to review the data.

Why use a Betfair tracker if I can export reports?

Exports are useful, but a tracker makes it much easier to review performance consistently, compare sources, and keep a clean record over time.

Can I mix Betfair with bookmaker imports?

Yes. You can keep Betfair activity in the same dashboard as Bet365, Ladbrokes, Coral, Sky Bet, Paddy Power, and William Hill bets.

Does Betfair's profit and loss include commission?

The gross figure does not. It is total won less total lost on Exchange markets before commission, which is charged on net winnings per market. Your real return is lower, and on a small edge the gap decides whether you are actually ahead.

How do I track Betfair lay bets properly?

Record the lay separately from the liability, because they are different numbers. A £10 lay at 6.0 risks £50, so measuring ROI against £10 flatters the result and measuring against £50 understates the edge. betr.pro keeps both so Exchange betting can be compared with fixed-odds betting honestly.
